Bananas make the perfect snack or addition to any meal! The fiber in them help you stay full longer! They are perfect in the sense that they give you a large percentage of some of your daily needs which is very important when you are constraining calories! If you are only eating 1400-1600 calories a day, it is vital that you are meeting all of your daily nutritional needs to maintain a healthy body!
It’s about being healthy and fit NOT skinny and malnourished! :)
